Towels and sheets not changed during the entire stay!!! Walls thin as cardboard, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms!!! Shower malfunction without a quick fix!!! No staff present for late-night arrivals!!!

Super convenient spot with easy access to downtown attractions and local eats. The staff went out of their way to suggest fun activities, and I absolutely loved the fresh breakfast options they provided each morning.
The common area could use a little more seating during busy times.

It was just a good pick for a weekend outing in Toronto with good value for cost. The staff was really nice, accommodating when I asked about nearby attractions. If you don't mind some noise, it's a decent option in the city.

Despite initial concerns, the budget offering turned out to be manageable. The seasonal products at breakfast were refreshing, and the staff were quick to fix the shower issue. However, the heat in the rooms was overwhelming, and the strange layout with appliances in the room felt odd and cramped.

Great location but kinda rough
The room was pretty cramped, but the vibe was chill. Staff were really cool, helped me find some good eats nearby. It's in a perfect spot to explore the city, especially Chinatown and Kensington Market. Just beware of the noisy walls. you can hear everything from other rooms. Oh, and no one’s around if you arrive late!

Great location near Chinatown and Kensington! The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a surprise stay. Just watch out for the shoe-off rule—it’s like a fancy sock party you didn’t sign up for!
Had some noise issues from other guests. That towel felt like it survived a sandstorm. Maybe I should’ve brought my own bath linen!

Budget-conscious travelers approve
I appreciate the check-in lady, she was really lovely and friendly, took her time to explain everything like the wifi and room access. The room was clean and even though small, had clean bedding and towels, perfect for indeed just a night.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.
